Dear Telkom<br> <br> Amazed, truly amazed at how bad your service is. I must compliment you on getting something right that so many companies try to avoid. You know how to really mess up, without any doubt, you guys must be given the Guinness world record for being the poorest performer in your service and telecommunications departments. <br> <br> So truly thankful for always letting me know that the poor service and communications that I did not even sign up to get, I receive. I don't know if this is the delux package if so can I please be down graded as this is just too much. <br> <br> Thank you for showing so many companies how not to do Bussiness. <br> <br>
