Gross Misconduct and ***** by Telkom

Telkom is a disingenuous organisation practising gross misconduct and and is ********** when dealing with customers. I have been trying to cancel a data contract, which I was informed can be cancelled at any time (as it wa month to month) and for the last 2 months I have received 3 versions all telling me that I cannot cancel and imposing some heavy penalties - none of which was disclosed upfront. What is the purpose of recorded telephone calls if no one ever goes back to them an investigate what was said? instead as a customer I am penalised for the incorrect information given ny agents. This is very wrong and disappointing for such an organisation. I have attempted on several occassions to get assistance but you cannot even reach anyone except a call centre agent who passes you from pillar to post. I regret having any dealings with Telkom and will never recommend them as a service provider.
