Gross disrespect

The Manager of the Telkom Store in Westgate Mall Mitchell's Plain was incredibly disrespectful to an elderly who just needed his phone fixed, she screamed at him telling his to go to speak to Mishkah at the promenade branch because she is now sick of their clients coming to her store. She refused to assist him any way whatsoever. This level of customer service is absolutely unacceptable especially considering it's a new store opened in that mall. If a manager is not able to properly assist irate customers either she needs to leave or the store needs to close. Such managers will run your store to the ground and not attract customers, I for one would never go there nor would I recommend anyone go their either.
