Greedy Telkom ... money for no service

<p>Took a contract with Telkom Mobile (Wifi). Telkom, ***** stated that there would be coverage, only to find out no LTE speed in our area. So they send a Technician out and LOL the technician does not have the "equipment to test." My husband loans the tech our laptop and our cellphone to test and he agrees no coverage. </p> <p> </p> <p>So we request for Telkom to cancel the contract and WOW what does Telkom do charge us for the entire contract for services they cannot provide.</p> <p> </p> <p>Jokes on Telkom, I cannot pay for no Services.</p> <p> </p> <p>Honestly the service received from Telkom is disgraceful and pathetic.</p> <p> </p>
