Greedy and ********* Telkom. Be very Careful

Watch out for Telkom, they are a greedy and ********* company. Everything is ok as long as you have a product with them and keep renewing it. But when you try to cancel once your contract expires, they refuse to do it. I have been trying to cancel a mobile data contract since September, even with emails confirming the cancellation, they do not action it.

They then hand you over to Nupay Debt Management to collect accounts that have already been paid, or even have a due date of payment that is still in the future.

I have never come across a worse managed and greedy company in South Africa. Be very careful before getting any product with this snake of a company.
