Greedy and careless Telkom.

I had a 24 months contract with Telkom which ended on the 30th November 2020. Telkom sent me an email in September to remind me that my contract ends in 3 months and I should make a choice if I want to cancel the end of my contract or I want to continue. I chose to cancel my contract but Telkom deducted money at the end of December 2020 and I called the customer service and they promised to refund me but they never kept their promise. Telkom is still deducting money from my account and they have deducted on the 1 May 2021. I am going to reverse my money through my bank tomorrow. I want Telkom to refund my money they deducted since December 2020 until 1st May 2021.
