Greed

I went to Telkom branch in Tara road in bluff Durban. On the 1st of February I ask them to Change my debit date to the 5th of every month so that I can avoid their unreasonable fine for payment rejection. All of the sudden they didn't follow that. Someone send me money iny account they quickly debit it before the date we agreed on. Now they quick to charge me a rejection payment before the agree payment date. I'm getting tired of Telkom. I'm thinking of how to cancel their contract soon. ☹️☹️
