some time in last year i called to make payment arrangements on my telkom bill, however, they did not get back to me and i kept on calling and they would refer me to different people.

My bill has been increasing every month and yet telkom do not contact me.

I refuse to pay so much when they know my circumstances. i need an agent to contact me asap. i do not have R3000 to pay!!!!!!!
