GREAT WORK ETHIC

<p>This good review is directed at a particular individual not Telkom. I have been struggling for more than a month to get someone to assist me in cancelling a Telkom contract and to have a router picked up from my office. After calling Telkom for close to a month, sent from pillar to post, promised to be called back and only receiving automated response from social media, Ms Mandisa Masuku assisted me with such patience, the router was collected within 24 hours, this was after my call has been escaleted more than 5 times, She managed to do this while I was holding the line, Maybe She must educate a majority of your call center Agents. Your Twitter guys havent responded aswell. Ms Mandisa was the only one that managed to assist me after a month dealing with *********** people. Great job Mandisa!!!</p>
