GREAT! Tshegofatse is a blessing!

Tshegofatse that works at the call centre is brilliant! I have had some very bad experiences with Telkom, but this experience really redeems the bad ones. I called on a Sunday and she had me on the line for almost 43 minutes to sort out my sim connection, ****le and username and passwords. She was so patient attentive! Real Asset I would say! Keep it up Tshegofatse.
