<p>I've had several bad runs with Telkom in the past few years, However 2 months ago i had another bad experiance but i must be honest the way in which they turned that around was amazing.</p> <p> My details changed effortlessly, billing and bank account issues resolved even an item mised billing problem, a reconnection window of less than 24 hours,</p> <p>Statement recieved on time payment date fixed, really happy with the new service level, really hope this stays this way.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is how business must be done, thank you to the staff at Northgate shopping centre.</p>
