Great to chat to nice people

I called the Telkom customer care and I spoke to Phumla. What a great person to talk to. Friendly, had a nice joke there as well and she reassured me that she will get my issue sorted. It's not sorted as to now as it's the porting department that has to do there job now (taking long to port, only negative so far). But overall, great service. I know she will make sure that this issue is sorted.
