Great technician

Norman came out on a Sunday to follow up on my line fault. He explained what he was doing and what problems he found very patiently. He was unfortunately not able to fix it on the Sunday, and said he could follow up for me again on Tuesday to finally resolve the final technical issue. I feared that it was an empty promise, but he came back again on the Tuesday, and followed up and fixed the problem. Thanks :)
