Great technical support for ADSL line problem
<p>I logged an online fault on the 18th of May and recieved a call the next day that they are at my property ready to fix my problem. They were very friendly. knowledgable and helpfull. They even explained their systems to me. Great job Lee and Regan. Thank you very much!</p>
I spoke too soon. Issue still seems to be persisting. Spoke to technician directly, but I guess that is not the correct process. They however still responded quick on the initial fault. Would have liked some follow up or tests to verify the intervention was indeed successful.
