Great Service, Vukani :)

Went to Telkom Direct at The Glen shopping center to get a new phone. I was helped by a gentleman, Vukani Majozi. Vukani did a great job helping me upgrade, his service is exceptional and despite the process being longer than I expected Vukani made it seem shorter.

Thank you Vukani and thank you Telkom, despite the numerous negative reviews I see I am glad that I have more positives than negatives to share.

Furthermore, the addition of an automated queuing system at the store was a pleasant surprise, glad to see meaningful store upgrades.
