GREAT SERVICE TO BEGIN WITH AND THEN.....

I ordered a 10MB/sec uncapped Internet package with a Static IP Address for my Church. I was told it would be done within 2-3 days. Within 1 day, we had the uncapped 10MB package installed and the service was great and efficient. Then I wanted to get the Static IP Address and have since been on a merry goose chase, calling sales and technical support, and back to sales and then told to email the Hostmaster and it would be done in 24 hours and I have heard nothing. So far, it has now been almost a week and we still do not have a done. The call-centre agents have all been very polite. I would like to get this handled please and my phone calls to Telkom have come to nothing. Please help.
