I never thought I'd say this because I must admit in the past, dealing with Telkom has been a headache BUT today I had a fantastic experience that involved an efficient, patient and highly competent individual in the technical department of the call centre, named Faith Wise. She was extremely attentive and friendly and managed to successfully sort out a problem with my internet. I am very happy with the service!
