GREAT SERVICE RECEIVED

After struggling a month to get hold of a Telkom to assist us to arrange with a consultant to return to our home to complete our ADSL line installation (order nr: ***) and after requesting advise and assistance from two Telkom consultants on different occasions at the Cape Gate Telkom branch without luck, the consultant, Siyanda managed to sort out our problem and resubmit our installation request which led to our installation being done within a week after we were assisted by Siyanda.<br> She is the first Telkom consultant who showed interest in our request and problem and managed to solve our issue with skills, knowledge and a positive attitude. If it wasn't for Siyanda, we would have cancelled our account with Telkom.<br> <br> From the bottom of my heart, thank you Siyanda for you assistance and GREAT customer service.
