Great service Pete the Customer service Guru

Great customer service from Pete Ledwaba on Saturday 10/04/2021 at the Gauteng customer service call center. Someone upgraded my contract without my knowledge and when I reported the mater to Telkom they put me in touch with Pete Ledwaba The man went out of his way to make sure I received the right help from guiding me on the phone and taking his time to call me back as I was at the police station opening the case and to calling me back after he had received my documents via email. As I thought that was awesome service Pete called me again today on the 12th of April to do a Follow up unfortunately my network reception was bad we got cut off. we need more Pete in our customer service Telekom you have a great leader and a champion in customer service within your company
