Great service...........not

<p>After reading so many stories about the pathetic service by Telkom, I decided to give Telkom the benefit of the doubt but guess what YOU FAILED. First of all, your consultants needs some proper product training. THEY DONT KNOW THEIR PRODUCTS. Now lets get to my actual complaint....my husband called Telkom on the 27th of September to get a landline and adsl line installed at our property. turn around time 7 - 21 working days. Today I asked my husband to please follow up with Telkom because The 27th was the last we heard from them guess what our order disappeared from your system after getting all the sms's and an order number ********** 85. my husband submitted another application ********** 42 today and with all honesty I dont think its fair that I wait another 7 - 21 working days. and why does it take so long for an installation to occur. 7 days i would understand but to tell me to wait 21 days and im sure thats probably business days...........I want this resolved ASAP</p>
