Great service, keep it up!

With much hesitation, I phoned the main call center (10210) on Saturday morning, I almost fell off my chair when the call was answered immediately by a very friendly and knowledgeable agent. Got great service from her. I phones back a bit later and again, the call was answered by an agent in literally 3 seconds! Service from her was once again amazing. People are quick to complain about Telkom but the service I got today was to an international standard and beats all the other call centers I have spoken to recently.<br> <br> Keep it up, well done!
