Great service at Telkom

I lost my phone within a month and they were able to replace it, I guess after reading other people reviews, I thought they will reject the claim but than I realized they are not that bad after all.

An advice to the consumers, make sure that you tell the truth when reporting any incidents to the insurance cause which ever way the technology is advanced these days, they will be able to verify your story.

And to Telkom, please continue providing excellent service
