Great service from Telkom

I would like to compliment Telkom for the great service they rendered us. we pay for an 8MBPS line and for a while it was consistently much slower (around 3/4). A short phone call and the problem was fixed - the guy on the phone upped our line speed without increasing our payment to enable us to enjoy the speed that we are paying for (or at least closer to it). This was excellent service and we appreciate it.
