Great service from Telkom Canal Walk

The staff at the Can Wall Telkom store (opposite clicks) are really amazing. I went in to renew my contract, but for some reason the fingerprint scanner doesn't pick up my fingerprints. This is the second time this has happened this year and the second time that they have gone above and beyond to try and make it work, and to also ensure I get my upgrades on the same day. I usually deal with them and so far have only had great service there. They are probably the only reason i have stayed with Telkom after all of the other issues I have had.
