Great service from representative

I'm moving house and tried through the normal channels to organize a move of my Telkom line, but was told that this was not possible.<br> Through the estate agent I managed to get in touch with Finlay at the Adderley Street service centre whose service was prompt, accurate and friendly. He clearly explained what I needed to do and when i followed those instruction everything worked a charm and my problem was solved. Thanks!<br>
