Great service from Moitiri Moletsane

I would like to give a special thank you to Moitiri Moletsane for giving me such great service and assisting me with getting someone to assist me with getting a Switchboard even though it is not in her department. She escalated my request and i was called within minutes. I had tried getting assistance from Telkom for weeks for a switchboard and i couldnt get help. Moitiri even called me to find out if the person she excalated me to had been able to assist.
