Great service from Brian and Francina.

In the past month I have had the best service from Brian Mdluli at the Cradlestone branch. This guy totally knew his stuff. He was so friendly and helpful and walked me through all the options for my migration step by step. Also, Francina Raphela at the call center was so amazing helping me today. She was able to chat to me about clearly regarding a question I had and was so helpful. Great job guys. I hope Telkom management sees this and rewards these staff members for going above and beyond.
