Great service

So lets be honost. Like most ISP's Telkom has taken has its fair share of haters. The staff that assisted me @Riverside mall in Mbombella was impeccable.I lost my moble data sim and they (During a "System offline" stage with a busy store.)by accident presumptiouslly skipped my tiket number. The one employee soon realized this and swiflty responded. And they really went beyond what they could do to get me a new sim.Great service !!
