Great service by Franklin Isaacs at Telkom Somerset square

What a warm excellent service i got to experience today at Somerset square with the help of Franklin Isaacs, I’m happy to announce that i love using Telkom it was worth travelling for.

I live in Stellenbosch I’ve been trying to get an eSIM because I had two phones but now I’m using one but they keep on telling me to travel to Somerset square just to get eSIM since last year, imagine I’ve never been there. After multiple fail of getting help in Stellenbosch Eikestad mall I decided to travel to Somerset with a taxi in a place that I don’t know as a young female it was a horrible experience to keep on asking for directions yet with a fear of my life. Apparently in Stellenbosch they don’t do eSIM if you are on prepaid you must have a contract for them to help you yet I’m their long serving customer.

after a multiple try to get such an easy quick service at Stellenbosch Eikestad mall I got a warm welcome from Telkom Somerset Square being helped by Franklin Isaacs. Franklin Isaacs you know your job kudus to you, I felt comfortable giving you my ID and opening up to you about the disappointment I had in Stellenbosch Eikestad.
