Great service by Dineo from Telkom lifestyle call center

I called Telkom lifestyle call centre the second time after some lady left me on the phone and went home. The second time I was assisted by Dineo, great service. She made sure I was assisted and happy before getting off the call with me. She even called me back a couple of times to get me more accurate information relating to my query. Her service is excellent
