Great service at Telkom Mall @ Reds

I just want to thank the staff at the Telkom Mall @ Reds. I had trouble connecting to the Telkom call centre to request the delivery of my Telkom router and LIT box. I went to the shop, explained my situation and the 2 staff members did everything in their power to help me.

With their help and follow up my router and LIT box is on their way via courier.
