Great service ad attitude

As part of getting to the bottom of the ***** issue I have with a ********** contract phone taken in my name I went to the Telkom shop in Fourways Mall to find out details of the ********** contract opened in my name.<br> <br> I would like to appreciate and complement the following staff members:<br> Nomzamo Dela<br> Zakhe Mandlasi<br> Angel Ngema<br> <br> Secondly I would also like to appreciate Lusana Manase a team leader at customer care. She has taken this issue upon herself to assist me and with her help I managed to get the ********** documents which helped me open a ***** case with SAPS.<br> <br> These staff members have been a great help to me with regards to this matter, going beyond the call of duty to assist me, a person who is not even a customer of Telkom. They showed me commitment, passion and love for the work they are doing.<br> <br> They left me feeling better and comfortable that this ***** will be addressed quickly.
