Great Service!Account query resolved after 7mnths!

I would like to express my gratitude to the only helpful person I have come across at Telkom. ZOE!! From Cape Town ,I don't know her surname but she works in billing department and my call had to be conferenced to the billing department as its impossible to get through to them.She was extremely helpful in getting my account query resolved that's been ongoing from December 2014. Telkom needs to acknowledge Zoe for her great customer service and perhaps employ her as a trainer for your Gateway Durban branch as they are the most unhelpful bunch of people who kept sending me back and fort. Thank you Zoe and keep doing what you doing,know that you make a difference to customers like me and I appreciate you going the extra mile :)
