I went to Telkom Northgate to cancel my cellphone contract. I met a humble, polite and friendly guy by the name of Martin.

He was helpful, patient and he knew his job.

Even though, I was cancelling my contract. He tried to retain me and he advised me to do an upgrade and also told me of their latest offers.
