I received wonderful service from Kabelo over the phone. At first we did not understand each other but he ensured that we clearly understood each other and he went and searched for more information on my query.

This may seem like basic to other people but it is not everyday that people in the service sector receive compliments for the work they do. Big ups to him for clarifying my issues.
