Great Service

I called through to the call centre as I needed assistance with my data. I was very fortunate to be assisted by a lovely lady named Tsidi Mojane. The call got cut off before I could explain my query as my battery died. Tsidi called me back after I had switched on my ph on the charger. She still wanted to help Nd did a great job at it. She listened very well to my query and was very knowledgeable about her work. She had restored my faith in mobile networks. I must say,calling any other network operators is always unpleasant nd a waste of time but my experience with Telkom Mobile was just great. I hope Tsidi receives the recognition she deserves. We need more ppl like her in client services..Keep it up girl!!
