Great Service

I recently went into the Telkom Gateway to purchase a Samsung Tab4.<br> <br> In terms of customer service I was super impressed Both by Praise who was the salesperson who handled my application and and Sanele the technical consultant who activated my product. <br> <br> I have had such poor service from MTN over the last few years and decided to try Telkom as they have an amazing service offering. Based on the level of service I have received from these two employees, i have decided to Cancel my Mobile phone contract with MTN and migrate this to Telkom as well. <br> <br> For amazing customer service, Attitude and knowledge and handling all my queries at 7pm with a Smile. I give Telkom Gateway a 100% service rating.
