GREAT SERVICE
I ordered a tablet online via Telkom. I heard nothing a week later so I called the call centre myself and spoke to Freedom Chiliza. He went out of his way to ensure everything was processed and that I received my order in time. He kept me updated via email on the status of my order and was quick to respond to my queries. It has been a pleasure dealing with someone so dedicated and willing to go the extra mile. Well done!
