We have been trying to get a cell contract for my daughter and visited the Hatfield Plaza Telkom Mobile store. What a treat to meet Amelia who was friendly helpful and efficient. She took us through the application process quickly and phoned us to collect the phone the minute it was ready. On returning to the store Amelia remembered my name immediately.
