Great service!!
I called 10217 yesterday afternoon. I had been dreading this call knowing I would probably not get assistance as many times before. Boy was I pleasantly surprised. I got through to Lesedi, he knew exactly what to do and did so with such professionalism. My Internet connection was instantly restored, I was completely blown away. Thanks Lesedi, you are an absolute STAR!!!!
