GREAT SERVICE!

<p>I would like to commend Telkom on their great service!</p> <p> </p> <p>I took out a contract in June when they had the special, however I wasnt getting my extra 5GB.</p> <p> </p> <p>I went into the shop in KC on the friday, but the assistant in the shop couldnt help me, however she called telkom and gave the phone to me. I explaing the situation and call centre agent said they will get back to me within 72 hours. Having dealt with numberous Cell phone companies previously, my first thought was </p> <p>'here we go again, this is going to be another saga'. However on monday morining I received a call advising that my account was corrected and that I will be credited with the data not supp**** over the months.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you Telkom, You great service is highly appreciated!!!!</p>
