Great Service

<p>My wife needed to upgrade her contract , I checked and the best deal I found was at Telkom. We then walked into the Telkom store in Claremont and spoke to the sales person Werner Myburgh . This guy was so AWESOME !! he arranged her contract and was very knowledgeable of what there was to offer and what we needed ( I was really impressed) I was so impressed that I too took out a contract with Telkom. We then used our phones for +-2 weeks , I then contacted Werner again as we needed WiFi at home. We spoke via mail and when I was in the area again I popped into the Telkom store . I asked Werner about the Wi-Fi deals and the next thing I know he handed me my router which was fool proof . I wanted to thank Werner for his commitment to customer service in an industry that is really competitive. I have and will continue to recommend Werner and Telkom to anyone and everyone that needs or is looking for upgrades . We never experienced service like this before and long may our partnership continue. Congrats Werner and Keep up the AWESOME SERVICE J !!!!!!!</p>
