Great salesman

As a first time customer at Telkom I was sceptical about the service I would receive. From meeting Luthando that Saturday in November to get a cellphone contract, I knew I was in capable hands with this young man. He works at the Claremont, Cavendish branch. He was awesome. Polite, easy to talk to, efficient. He used to text me to keep me up to date with progress on my application, to my number that was ported and even though the turn around time for processing these was not quick, I didn't mind nor get upset just because I felt so valued and elite because of this young man. You normally get good service when you sign up but as soon as you are their customer the service drops and you get the awful feeling that you are now just another number but this was never the case with Luthando and I want to commend him for being so awesome!!
