Great Pathetic Service

<p>Well done</p> <p> </p> <p>This has to arguably the most pathetic service I received from anyone.</p> <p> </p> <p>12 hours down the line and still no Adsl. Sales people have no idea what is going on. 12 hours nothing has been done, **** lies and pathetic service. Told to go to menlyn to downgrade my line as sales refused to do it over the phone and Then have the audacity to want to Bill me for the downgrade when it's there fault. </p> <p> </p> <p>Calls after calls. 4 people 4 different stories. Everyone has diff opinion but no one can help</p> <p> </p> <p>Well done </p> <p> </p> <p>5 years and this is how you treat me.</p>
