Great mobile contract renewal experience

Recently renewed my contracts at the Telkom branch in Canal Walk. I was assisted by Morris and his service was exceptional. He went out of his way to assist me even when their system went offline. I really am impressed with his efficiency, efforts and general manner. Especially during these trying times.
