Great help with a very complicated task.

Doing a very complicated swop between an older contract and recently renewed smart phone contract where I wanted to move the benefits from one contract to the other, I was very capably assisted by Sophi Moabelo and trainee Phuti Ngoepe at the Northgate Telkom branch next to the Hyper. The sim number swop worked without a hitch (all I had to do was take my daughter's sim and give her mine) and now my daughter has the benefit of my larger contract while I have taken over the smaller one (both contracts have to be under one name, in this case mine).
