Great friendly service

I just want to throw some light on Telkom Centurion mall's personel. I went in with my broken Huawei phone. After the guy at the door were not really overly friendly and actually a bit abrupt I thought my patience will be tested that day. I got referred to the tech guy's desk and wow, was he friendly and super helpful! Even the Huawei consultant that also started to help us were refreshingly friendly. Of all people that always complain about Telkom mobile I can just say in the 8 years I am with I never ever had a problem. The mobile section gives excellent service everytime. Except for the time the salesperson did not explain properly to me that by upgrading to Huawei I will loose the ability to use most Playstore apps... 😩
