Great Feedback and CallBack

I am absolutely impressed by Telkom.<br> <br> A couple of years ago I had issues with their ADSL and it took them forever to resolve or even contact me.<br> <br> On Friday my telkom line went dead for 45 minutes, not knowing how long it would be at 8h15pm I had lodged a Fault online. The line somehow got restored at 9pm.<br> <br> Saturday morning at 8am I get two calls saying they are looking into my query, I told them the line was fine dont bother.<br> I get another call on Sunday to follow up if the query had been resolved.<br> <br> I must say, I am impressed you guys upped your game and ARE attending to queries and following up, fantastic service now.<br> <br> Actually contemplating whether I should do more business with you guys, please keep it up!!<br> <br> Regards,<br> Zaheer
