Great Feedback
I had an issue before which I complained on hello peter. Soon thereafter my issue was resolved. Even though Telkom emailed me to find out if my issue was resolved I received a personal phone call to double check that I am a happy customer. I am very impressed with this service and level of customer care. They went over and above.
