Great, efficient, prompt service

I have been dealing with an internet connection issue between my service provider and Telkom. Through this entire experience, which has been ongoing for a number of weeks, Telkom has offered efficient, prompt and professional service. I have to say that by far Telkom has beat most of the companies which I deal with on a daily basis, from logging query on via SMS, to receiving call back, on site visit and feedback.<br> I am very impressed with this service and would like to mention Peter Barry who visited my house today to test the line. He was friendly, explained the process and really went the extra mile to help solve the issue.<br> Well Done Telkom<br>
